The booking form does not send this information to a server and this website does not store it. Instead, it prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device — the information only reaches us when you choose to send that message.
If you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to share.
How we use your information
We use your information only to arrange, confirm and manage your massage bookings and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, and we will not send you marketing messages without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served directly from our own website, so no third-party tracking requests are made when you browse.
Third-party services
When you send a booking or message via WhatsApp, your communication is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy. Likewise, if you open our location in Google Maps, Google's privacy policy applies. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the website securely.
How long we keep your information
Booking details shared with us via WhatsApp or email are kept only as long as needed to manage your appointments, and are deleted when no longer required.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Simply contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
